Imagine this.
A tower of stacking chicken fillet, marinated overnight in a special sauce, being turned on a burning vertical pit. The crackle sound of the burning meat, sizzling of the water turned into steam, and the bubbling of chicken fat are all around the tower of chicken fillet. The aroma of garlic, arouses in the surroundings and the sweet smell of cooked marinated chicken fills the air. Finally, it is time to slice the tower, by thin layer, and the sliced small pieces of chicken meat, are mixed with onions. The cooked meat is putted on the flat-bread, together with long sliced pickles, tomato slices and an adequate amount of garlic sauce. The bread is then rolled into a long baton, fit for mouth to bite from the side.
Juicy tender chicken fillet. The flat-bread absorbs the juices making it more tasty and less watery.
